Anna McVeigh joined independent ENDEAVOURS in 2011 taking over the role of Vocational and Personal Development Facilitator.
Prior to this Anna worked at Barnardos in Henderson as a co-ordinator for the Home Interaction Program for Parents and Youngsters(HIPPY). She also graduated in 2010 with a Post Graduate Diploma in Narrative Therapy/ Counselling having worked as a cousellor at Higher Ground Drug Rehabilitation and Problem Gambling. She is currently working on formulating her Masters’ thesis proposal in the field of Social Practise
Anna lived in Italy for 5 years where she worked as a teacher of English and has taught Italian and Spanish, as well as worked as a tour guide. She has worked in Sales and Marketing, and has travelled around the USA recruiting students to do volunteer work around the world.
Her main passions are language, culture, social justice and personal development. Among many other things, she also loves travelling, children and pizza!
